Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Digital Nomad Visa, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Remote Employment: You must work for a company based outside of Spain or run your own business that operates outside of Spain.
- Proof of Income: Demonstrate a stable and sufficient income to support yourself during your stay in Spain. The minimum income requirement is typically around €2,000 per month, but this can vary.
- Health Insurance: Obtain health insurance that covers you in Spain. This can be either a private plan or coverage through an international provider.
- Clean Criminal Record: Provide a certificate of a clean criminal record from your country of residence.
- No Prior Immigration Violations: You must not have violated any immigration laws in Spain or other EU countries.
Required Documents
